Nexfolio Pty Ltd is an Australian company building tokenised custody, AI-powered fund surveillance, and on-chain portfolio management infrastructure for financial advisers and institutions. Nexfolio does not currently hold an Australian Financial Services Licence — see our Regulatory page for current status.

2. Personal information we collect

We collect personal information you provide directly to us through the forms on this website, namely:

• your name;
• your work email address;
• your organisation or firm;
• your self-classification or enquiry type (for example, financial adviser, wealth platform, dealer group, or regulator); and
• any free-text message or additional details you choose to include (up to 2,000 characters).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) through these forms, and ask that you do not include sensitive information in free-text fields.

3. Where we collect it

We collect personal information when you submit:

• the Contact form;
• the Blueprint registration form; or
• any other lead-capture or enquiry form we may add to this website from time to time.

4. Why we collect it

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your enquiry;
• manage and follow up on adviser, institutional, and partner interest in Nexfolio;
• send relevant product updates or follow-up communications, where appropriate to your enquiry; and
• meet our regulatory and compliance recordkeeping obligations, where relevant.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

5. How we store and protect it

Form submissions are processed via Nexfolio-controlled infrastructure and stored and transmitted using reputable cloud service providers with industry-standard technical and organisational security controls. Access is restricted to personnel and service providers who need it to perform the purposes described above.

6. Who we disclose it to

We may disclose personal information to:

• our hosting, email delivery, and other technical service providers, solely to operate this website and process your enquiry;
• our professional advisers (including legal and compliance advisers), where reasonably necessary; and
• regulators or law enforcement, where required or authorised by law.

We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Overseas disclosure

Nexfolio seeks to use Australian-hosted infrastructure for this website where practicable. Some service providers we rely on (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery infrastructure) may process or store information on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to select providers with appropriate data-handling and security practices, consistent with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. How long we keep it

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to meet our business or legal obligations, or to resolve any dispute or compliance matter, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
