Partners · Brokers & Private Banks

Settlement and custody infrastructure built for the digital asset era.

Brokers and private banks operate at the sharp end of securities settlement. You understand better than most where the friction is — the reconciliation cycles, the settlement delays, the pooled custody structures that obscure direct client ownership. Nexfolio's tokenised custody infrastructure is built to address exactly those limitations.

Each asset is held in institutional custody and represented as a regulated digital token — individually owned by the client, KYC verified at the contract level, and settled on-chain in real time. Every holding is verifiable. Every transfer is compliant. And because each token is linked to a verified identity, a lost or compromised wallet does not mean a lost asset.

What Brokers Gain

Individual client accounts

Each client holds their assets directly in their own on-chain account, not as a pooled unit or a nominee position.

Real-time on-chain verification

Holdings are verifiable at any time via Proof of Reserve oracle, independently attested rather than self-reported.

Compliance at the contract level

ERC-3643 enforces KYC and AML on every transfer. A non-verified wallet cannot receive a token, regardless of instruction.

Asset recovery

If a client's wallet is lost or compromised, the token can be cancelled and reissued to a new verified wallet. The underlying asset held in custody is never at risk.

Institutional custody backbone

Underlying assets are held with established financial market infrastructure providers, with on-chain verification maintaining the 1:1 backing between token and asset at all times.

The primary capability for broker and private bank partners is Tokenised Custody. For brokers who offer discretionary or model portfolio services to HNW clients, Blockchain Portfolio Management is also available — enabling on-chain individually managed accounts with rules-based rebalancing and full fee transparency.

Commercial arrangements are tailored to the partnership.
